323 is Nolan Campbell and a small crew he trained. He built the equipment, he quotes the work, and he is there for it.
Most exterior cleaning is sold by somebody who will not be doing it. You meet a salesperson, agree a number, and then a van arrives with people who were not part of that conversation and do not know what was promised.
